McClain, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Education and Public Service, who served as EOF fund manager. When the records were transferred to the Office of the Provost
(OP) in 1996, Joan Zavala, OP Program Administrator, was appointed EOF fund manager. Materials include correspondence, proposals, budget information, award memoranda, and
newsletters.
