On Sunday, July 22, watch Native chefs Rob Kinneen (Tlingit) and Jack Strong (Siletz) compete in an Iron Chef-style cooking competition from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the outdoor Welcome Plaza at the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C. Rammy award-winning Mitsitam Cafe Chef Richard Hetzler will emcee the competition, which will be judged by three local chefs.
