Draper, Astrophysicist Charles Greeley Abbot (Aid Acting in Charge of the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO), later to become the Director of the SAO and Fifth Secretary of the Smithsonian, 1928-1944), and Professor Skinner. The men are standing on a deck of a ship in a harbor, all wearing suits, ties, and hats.
