    Description

    This yellow, red, white and blue plastic model is an irregular octahedron.
    This is part of model 771, what Wheeler describes as a "rhombic dodecahedron transformed inoto a regular pentagonal dodecahedron and an eight-pointed star dodecahedron." Six models like this one may be arranged to form a regular pentagonal dodecahedron. Such pieces are 1979.0102.317, 1979.0102.318, 1979.0102.336, 1979.0102.337, 1979.0102.338, and 1979.0102.339. The eight-pointed dodecahedron is 1979.0102.340.
