Scope and Contents
The photographs document industrial contributions of Wheeling Mold & Foundry Company to lock operations at the Panama Canal. The images belong to Charles Edwin Blue, founder and manager of the Wheeling Mold & Foundry Company. Also included are photocopies of articles about Wheeling Mold & Foundry, an obituary for Charles E. Blue, and the "Memoirs of C.E. Blue" (undated).
