Disclosed and Managed Financial Conflicts of Interest (FCOI) for Investigators having Public Health Service Grants 

The U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) provides grant funding for research at institutions across the country. PHS regulations (42 CFR Part 50 and 45 CFR Part 94), which apply to institutions receiving grant funding, require public posting of information about identified financial conflicts of interest for PHS-supported investigators. As a recipient of PHS funding, the Smithsonian is required to make this information available to the public. The information presented here is current as of the date listed and will remain available for three years from the date that the information was most recently updated, per PHS policy found at 42 CFR 50.605(a)(5).
