The Art and Science of Frogs

The Smithsonian is home to one of the world's most famous frogs—Kermit the Frog. Frogs are a focus of art and culture globally, but frogs are facing world-wide threats—habitat loss, climate change, pollution, and the deadly amphibian chytrid fungus. Learn what Smithsonian researchers are doing in the Panamanian jungle to help some endangered frogs avoid extinction on the Smithsonian Sidedoor podcast episode "The Silence of the Frogs."
