    Description

This Walt Frazier basketball card is number 10 in a series of 264 manufactured by the Topps Company Inc. for the 1973-1974 NBA season. The front of the card features an in-game picture of the New York Knicks guard as well as an inset image of his face. The card also notes Frazier's inclusion on the All-NBA Second Team.
The card’s reverse features a small cartoon image illustrating the factoid that “Walt drives a Rolls Royce,” as well as a short biographical sketch and career statistics.
Walt “Clyde” Frazier was an integral part of the Knicks two championship teams (1970 and 1973). Recognized as one of the best players in NBA history, Frazier was named to the NBA’s 50th Anniversary all-time team and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1987. Always a snazzy dresser, Frazier was nicknamed “Clyde” for his penchant for donning large fedoras like those worn by Warren Beatty in the hit movie “Bonnie and Clyde.”
