Summary

Volunteers Willard Sollars and Eric Rappaport are captioning photographs that appear on videodisks, a valuable reference for aviation researchers. Since many of the photographs given to the museum by private donors do not have captions, Sollars and Rappaport have the monumental task of researching prints in order to write accurate descriptions. The data bank allows Museum Specialist/Photo Archivist Melissa Keiser and her staff to provide a much faster service to researchers.
