Summary
This small package of self-adhesive tape was included in a rucksack that was part of a training/back-up unit during the Apollo era. Adhesive tape could have been used for repair of a rubber life raft, blankets, or other survival equipment.
This package of tape was transferred from NASA to the Smithsonian in 1978.
