Educational Notes

1988 7th of April. Dear Abraham, We've moved out to California because my son was awarded a scholarship to play football at the University of California. I am so proud of him. I had high hopes for him when he first attended the football camp in Pago Pago as a kid. He's one step closer to the National Football League. Samoans are making good impressions on the field. I remember a Sports Illustrated article about Samoans in football. It had said great things about Samoans, but it also said some things that made me uncomfortable. I showed the article to my son, and he found the wording to be strange as well. In any case, I told my son to ignore what people say, and stay focused. Come out to visit us when you get the chance! We'd love to have you. Nifo. Gender: Female
