Seascape sketch of the rocky shoreline near Otter Cliffs on Maine's Mt. Desert island. Sky in background rendered in a gray-green, visible above a flat horizon line that delineates the top third of the work. In foreground, green, blue, and white waves crash against brown, gray, and black rocks that form a rugged, cliff-like shoreline at right.
