Curtiss JN-4H
The Curtiss JN-4H was the first aircraft used in regular service by the Post Office. Popularly known as "Jennys," JN 4Hs were conventional Army trainers equipped with a Hispano-Suiza 150-horsepower engine. They could carry 63 kilograms (140 pounds) of mail 400 kilometers (250 miles) at a cruising speed of 120 kilometers (75 miles) per hour.
