    Plastic display model of a Boeing 707-331B four jet engine, commercial airliner in TWA livery of white vertical stablizer, rudder and top and sides of fuselage; aluminum wings, engine nacells, horizontal stabalizer and lower half of fuselage. 1:60 scale. 1967.

    Boeing 707
    The 707 evolved from the 367-80, or "Dash 80," the prototype for the U.S. Air Force's KC-135 tanker. At Pan Am's insistence, the 707 was made 10 centimeters (4 inches) wider so it could carry 160 passengers in six-across seating.
