Summary

This is an unassembled West German model kit, in its original box, dating to the 1960s, for a non-flying model of the German V-2 rocket of World War II. The kit includes pieces for making a model of the V-2 as well as a V-2 transport vehicle known as a Meilerwagen and three toy soldiers. Instructions in Swedish, Italian, French, German, and English indicate the the kit was intended to be sold in several nations. Rocket model collector G. Harry Stine gave this model to the National Collection in 1973 as a part of a collection of such model kits.
