The card is longer than standard cards, measuring 2½ by 4 ¾ inches. The front of the card features a blue oval inset surrounded by drawn figures playing basketball. Inside the inset is a posed picture of the Milwaukee Bucks guard. The card’s reverse features a small cartoon image illustrating the factoid that “Jon has been involved in two expansion drafts,” as well as a short biography and career statistics.
McGlocklin played in the NBA for 11 years as a member of the Cincinnati Royals, San Diego Rockets, and Milwaukee Bucks. He was named to an NBA All-Star team in 1969, and won an NBA Championship with the Bucks in 1971. The Milwaukee Bucks retired his jersey (#11) in November 1976.
