Description
A dark blue, long-sleeved jersey worn by Briana Scurry during the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup. The front of the jersey has a printed on white number one [1] outlined in red at the center. A Nike Swoosh logo appears to the left of the number [1] and is also white outlined in red. To the right of the number [1], white type reads: [3-FIFA WOMEN'S WORLD CUP / USA 1999]. A United States soccer logo cloth patch is below the type. The patch has a white background with a red bar across the top with three blue stars. Below the red bar, [U S] is stitched in read and a soccer ball is featured between the two letters. The bottom of the patch has blue stripes. The proper right sleeve has a red and white star stitched into the sleeve at the cuff. The back of the jersey has white printed on lettering at the top, center that reads: [SCURRY]. Underneath, at the center of the back is another printed on white number one [1] outlined in red.
