    Object Details

    Description

    A blue and white jar and cover, Kangxi period, the bulbous body finely painted with two large graceful prunus branches sweeping from the rim, with loose blossoms falling from the branches, all reserved on a "cracked ice" ground, below a thin border of small white "cracked ice" squares, the flat cover decorated to match with further loose falling blossoms.
