    Flat rectangular aluminum and plastic body with rounded corners; front composed of large glass touch-screen with black bands at top and bottom, showing colorful application "widgets" (symbols) or functions (number pad, keyboard) when phone is on; dark when off. Volume and ring-tone controls on left side; on/off button on top right; function control (dimple-like depression) on bottom front. On back: cameral lens in upper right corner; Apple logo; black plastic panel at bottom.
