    This color photograph shows young boys opening a fire hydrant on a summer day in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, New York, in 1980. One boy opens the hydrant, while the other five stand to the side on the sidewalk. The back of the photograph is inscribed with the title and photographer Jamel Shabazz’s signature.
