Description
This paper model of a dissected polyhedron consists of eight equal triangular pyramids arranged in the facets of a faceted regular octahedron to form a regular octahedron. If the pyramids are reversed, so that they point outward, one has a rhombic dodecahedron with eight hollow cells. Tthe two forms of the model are not congruent.
This is Wheeler's model 787.
