Description

Program for a National Football Game (NFL) between the New York Giants and the Cleveland Browns, held on December 14, 1958 at New York's Yankee Stadium. In the game, the Giants defeated the Browns by a score of 13-10. For the season, New Yorkand teh Browns finished tied for first place in the NFL Eastern Division with dual 9-3 records. The inside of the program shows the Giant's coaching staff which includes Offensive Coach Vince Lombardi (who would win 6 NFL titles) and Defensive Coach Tom Landry (who would win 2 NFL titles). The Cleveland Brown's roster included Hall of Famers Jim Brown (fullback) and Lou Groza (kicker.)
