Summary
Full-length figure of a fisherman dressed in raincoat, rain hat and hip boots stands at a ship's wheel in a segment of a sloping boat deck. His proper right hand is on the wheel and his upraised proper left hand is clenched in a fist in a defiant gesture. The overall look is one of a wind-blown figure battling a storm.
