Description

a)Traveling alarm clock, rectangular in plan, gilded bronze with bevelled glass panels, top and sides, exposing works. Handle on top. Horizontal banding of beading and acanthus leaves, female sheathed figures at four corners. b) Rectangular black leather case lined with red velvet, silk and paper. c) double-ended key for which storage slot is provided in case.
Donor mentions word "Heberlin" in connection with this clock.
