    Description

    A black and white photograph of George Foreman greeting fans before “The Rumble in the Jungle” bout with Muhammad Ali in Zaire. Foreman is depicted near the center of the image, turned in ¾ profile with his fists raised in the air. He is wearing a jacket unbuttoned to show his bare chest. There is a man in a short-sleeve white shirt and a wristband on Foreman’s proper right side with his arms also raised in the air, along with several other individuals in the foreground. In the background is a large stadium crowd, standing and cheering. Flags and umbrellas are also visible in the crowd.
    The print has a white border around the image. There are no marks or inscriptions, front or back.
