Summary

This divided cloth pouch was used on the "Eagle" lunar module (LM) by Apollo 11 astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin to store their Hasselblad 70mm film magazines. In order to keep track of the magazines, astronauts could store the film in these stowed pouches, open them to get new film, and return it to them after use. The pouch was then transferred to the Command Module (CM) when the two spacecraft docked and equipment was moved from the LM to the CM for return to Earth.
NASA transferred this pouch to the Museum in 1970.
