A compilation reel consisting of: 1. Two men loading a dough mixing machine. 1964 2. Same footage as #1 with the addition of setting the (time?) and water, 1964 3. Hand kneading and rolling of donut dough from two angles. There is also footage of an automatic roller and donut cutting machine, circa 1975 4. What appears to be a donut dough mixing and kneading machine. At times the kneader is stopped and the dough is checked for texture. The final footage is a shot of a timer, circa 1965 5. An employee hand glazes yeast donuts. The remaining footage details hand frying and glazing. Same employee as in #4 above, circa 1975 6. Footage documents part of the process of making cake donuts as opposed to yeast donuts, circa 1964 7.
