Empty cradle, with willow frame of deep U-shape (with several cross-bars which do not show in photograph); swaddling of cotton cloth over bed of shredded willow bark (ends of bark strips hang down from the foot of the cradle frame); hood of willow bark woven in checker style. Collected by Russell for USNM ca. 1900. See BAE 26th Annual Report, Figure 19-b.
