Notes on reverse of print by Ezell: Juan Smith, Pima Indian,Bapchule; ca 60 yrs. now (1955). Did he ever get the typed copy of the creation myth Julian made for him ? Is he the man Kisto and Antonio Juan referred to as the "young man" informed on old culture ? Who is the "Alex", Carlisle grad., whom Juan Smith wanted to re-tell the creation myth to get rid of the Baptist flavor ?
