Portrait of Ndebele Woman, 1936-1949. Close-up image of the woman's face standing in the doorway of a painted homestead. She is wearing a headdress made of a thin string, beads, and coins. She is also wearing beaded neck and arm rings, a intricately beaded necklace and a shirt with beads woven into it. Photograph by Constance Stuart Larrabee, 1936-1949.
There are four 8x10 black and white fiber-based prints and one 23 x 19 1/2 cm. black and white vintage print of this negative in the Constance Stuart Larrabee Collection. EEPA also produced an 8x10 study print for reference purposes.
