Scope and Contents
Ndebele Women Mixing Mud, 1936-1949. Two women are on their hands and knees inside a homestead. There are piles of mud around them and containers for mixing. A mixture of clay and other natural materials are smeared on the floors and left to dry before painting the homestead. Photograph by Constance Stuart Larrabee, 1936-1949.
There are no prints of this negative in the Constance Stuart Larrabee Collection. EEPA produced an 8x10 study print for reference purposes.
