Scope and Contents
Ndebele Women and Child, 1936-1949. A woman and child are walking between two pillars, which is ten entrance to a homestead area. The child is in front of the woman carrying long tufts of grass that will be sewn together to make a broom. The grass is partially obstructing the view of the woman's face. Another woman is seated at the entrance, watching them come in. She has two containers in front of her and a pile of mud. Photograph by Constance Stuart Larrabee, 1936-1949.
There are no prints of this negative in the Constance Stuart Larrabee Collection. EEPA produced an 8x10 study print for reference purposes.
