Scope and Contents

This sub-subseries includes documents that were created by the U Street Festival Foundation. A foundation in which Mr. Whitehead served as the vice president and which established and produced the annual U Street Festival. In addition to the foundations documents Mr. Whitehead's U Street Festival scrapbooks are also include in this sub-subseries.
