General

The 1904 date (from the sleeve enclosing the negative) and details of the handwriting and other information written on the sleeve suggest that this image may have been taken at a location other than Tanglewood (possibly along the Patapsco River), which by 1904 had passed out of the Liebig family's ownership. Other Tanglewood images appear to date between 1886 and 1893.
