General

Caption on verso. Postcard published by H.K. Barnett, Allison Park, Pa.
"Vegetable and herb gardens and a neatly swept flower yard have been carefully researched to provide an authentic setting for the house. The surrounding woodlands, with many varieties of native plants, give the restoration a feeling of rural isolation. Roadside plantings, a scuppernong arbor, an orchard and field crops lend a plantation atmosphere." Persons associated with the property include: Robert Smith (former owner); John and Tullie Smith (former owners).
