Correspondence written on verso. Postcard postmarked August 9, 1937, published by J. Solomon, New London, Conn. // Tichnor Quality Views.
The owner was the son of one of Florida's richest real estate developers. He inherited a fortune at age 50 and commissioned this huge house and garden, c. 1900. The garden was bulldozed into the sea in the 1940's.
