Also known as Gillespie Palace and the James Waldron Gillespie Estate.

General

Bertram Goodhue was the architect of the garden and house. The Mediterranean style house was completed in 1906 and the central courtyard resembles a Roman villa. The formal gardens were laid out in a Persian manner containing exotic trees, shrubs and a variety of palms.
