General
Little is known about this garden. Although the penciled notation "Boston" was written on the glassine sleeve enclosing the original negatives, the spacious, wooded site depicted in the images does not seem typical of an urban location. Borders and beds of daylilies and hostas were set off by a lawn area punctuated with trees. Climbing plants trailed up the side of the garage, and paths led to various parts of the property.
