    Physical Description

    Made of various metals, a 3 3/4" fan connected to meter gauge through geared mechanisms. Fan's outer edges enclosed in a circular metal housing with a vertical bar centered across front and back. Gauge is marked 0-99, hatch marks for each unit of 1 and multipes of 10 numbered.
