Description

The 15-cent Seeing Eye Dog commemorative stamp was first placed on sale at Morristown, New Jersey, on June 15, 1979. This commemorative stamp honored the 50th anniversary year of the founding of the first guide dog program in the United States.
The stamp was designed by Joseph Csatari and was issued in sheets of fifty.
