View 50 paintings by the renowned statesman and honorary American citizen. A virtual diary of his private life after 1915, the works include landscapes from his travels and his home, and portraits of his family and his friends done between 1916-1958. Also on view are memorabilia, paintings of Churchill done by others, a "siren suit," Churchill's U.S. citizenship papers and U.S. passport, and Churchill commemorative stamps.
Works on loan from Churchills's grandchildren, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, and others.
Exhibition organized by The Royal Oak Foundation (for preservation of Anglo-American architecture and cultural heritage).
