Anacostia Community Museum
Table of Plenty
November 2, 1993 – November 28, 1993
The Anacostia Museum established an ongoing partnership with Lucy Ellen Moten Elementary School in Washington, D.C., in which the museum staff works with students and teachers throughout the school year to develop exhibitions and programs. This year, Moten students and adults from the community joined ceramic sculptor Martha Jackson Jarvis in creating a sculpture called The Table of Plenty.
