Selections from the Collections of Marion and Gustave Ring

On view are 50 works—26 paintings, 12 sculptures, 11 works on paper, and one mixed-media work—by 38 artists including Degas, Monet, Redon, Bonnard, Kirchner, Nolde, Barlach, Davis, Hofmann, Stella, Chagall, and others.
The collection is on loan from the children of the late Gustave and Marion Ring. Mrs. Ring was a docent at the HMSG and chairman of tour guides at the Kennedy Center.
