This single case exhibition features the scientific work of Dr. Dennis Stanford, a curator with the museum's Department of Anthropology. On view are tools and artifacts of the Clovis people, denizens of the Ice Age who were probably the first Americans. Also on view are mammoth bones, research tools, and photographs of Dr. Stanford's field work.
