On view are more than 10 portraits, including images of artist Thomas Hart Benton, musician Duke Ellington, poet Ezra Pound, dancer Ted Shawn, and author Thornton Wilder. Portraits are not admitted to the NPG permanent collection until ten years after the death of the subject (except under special circumstances).
