A portrait by John Singleton Copley, Mrs. Humphrey Devereaux, is on a 3-year loan from the National Art Gallery, Wellington, New Zealand. Painted in Boston in 1770, the portrait was commissioned by the sitter's son, whose descendant took it to New Zealand in the 19th century.
