Approximately 30 paintings span the Sung dynasty (960-1279) through the Ch'ing dynasty (1644-1912) and include 2 recently accessioned works by Tao-chi, a 17th-century painter with a wide reputation in the West. Also on view is his painting Peach Blossom Spring.
