This exhibition features major painters of southwestern landscapes and Indian and Hispanic life such as Kenneth Adams, Oscar Berninghaus, Joseph Henry Sharp, Ernest Martin Hennings, and B.J.O. Nordfelt. These artists worked in New Mexico between 1900 and 1940. One of the best known works is Victor Higgin's view of the Sangre de Christo range.
