Americas: The Decorative Arts in Latin America in the Era of the Revolution

This exhibition illustrates the richness of late 18th century design and craftsmanship in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico and Venezuela. Included in the 150 highly embellished colorful objects are a bishop's hat, liturgical capes, filigree jewelry and tooled leather chairs.
