On view in 5 cases are 49 medals and 4 torches, along with photos and stories, that highlight Olympic and Paralympic athletes and their achievements over several decades in a variety of sports. Athletes represented include Bonnie Blair-Cruikshank (speedskating, 1988, '92, '94), Dick Button (figure skating, 1948, '52), Bart Connor (gymnastics, 1984), Tara Nott-Cunningham (weightlifting, 2000), Shannon Miller (gymnastics, 1992, '96); Edwin Moses (track & field, 1976, '84, '88), and John Naber (swimming, 1976).

Presented in coordination with the U.S. Olympic Committee.
